IT'S BACK! Everyone's favorite big bodied cup of comfort is back to warm you up on a cold November day.
The base of this year's blend is a darker roast on a washed San Isidro from Guatemala, roasted to a higher temperature on the Sivetz to bring out a toastier profile. We paired with with a DMC staple; Pacas "Viejo" from Finca Santa Petrona in El Salvador. This component is also a washed process coffee -with a sweet, nutty profile that compliments the roastiness of the San Isidro.
