We always take this blend as an opportunity to highlight an African coffee as a component! We tasted a few different Rwandan coffees and selected a bright, citrusy peaberry from the area around Lake Kivu. We paired this African peaberry with two natural processed beans from finca Santa Petrona in El Salvador, and quite the opposite of the peaberry shape, a Pacamara!
These two naturals play well with the brightness of the Rwandan bean to create a juicy, fruit-forward cup of coffee!
