For the base of this year's Nectar Gadget, we're using a coffee from Edgar, who has been working with the Bressani family for years and oversees operations at the mill and is heavily involved in our fermentation experiments at FSJM. The Sarchimor he cultivates are strong, resistant trees that produce a high-quality cup profile, a coffee that he prefers to process as a honey - creating a full-bodied, sweet cup of coffee! We paired this with a bean that has been a staple in our annual Nectar Gadget blend, Pacas "Viejo" from Finca Santa Petrona in El Salvador.

- Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
