The Devil's Lettuce, you gotta have it!
We look forward to showcasing fruity, funky coffees for this blend every year! The base of this blend is a washed Bourbon from Rwanda that brings a unique citrusy bright quality to the cup. This coffee is cultivated at 1800 m in elevation in rich volcanic soil in the Western Province of Rwanda, where it is then pulped, washed and dried at the Cyesha washing station, in close proximity to Lake Kivu. The tropical notes of this coffee pair well with the natural processed Pacamara from Finca Santa Petrona, of the Pacas Family. The juicy berry notes of this natural, and a bit of funk coming from those Pacamara genetics add more complexity, layering in more acidity.
