Machete is our barrel-aged coffee blend that gives the delicious taste of booziness coming from the rotating barrels used to age this coffee. For lovers of barrel-aged products and even casual fans, this blend is an incredibly approachable and balanced middle ground between our fully barrel-aged coffees and our regular offerings.

Whole Bean

Choose this option if you prefer to grind your coffee fresh at home. Whole beans maintain their flavor longer and allow you to grind to your preferred consistency.

Drip Grind

Ideal for most standard drip coffee makers. This medium grind size provides a balanced extraction, perfect for everyday brewing.

Espresso Grind

Designed for espresso machines, this fine grind ensures a quick and even extraction, producing a rich and concentrated shot of espresso.

Press Pot Grind

Best for French Press or press pot brewing. This coarse grind allows for a slow, full-bodied extraction, resulting in a rich and robust flavor.

Pour Over Grind

Perfect for pour-over coffee makers. This medium-fine grind allows for precise control over brewing time and extraction, delivering a clean and bright cup of coffee.

Schedule

  • Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
  • Orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will ship on Friday.
  • Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
