For the blend we are using two Central American beans that as the bags says, are as chocolatey as sweet Easter eggs. The base of this blend is a washed Sampacho from Finca San Jose in El Salvador, a coffee with a caramel-like sweetness. These trees are extremely low to the ground and almost look like spiders, hugging the side of the mountain, a structure that is perfect for parts of the farm that experience high winds that may snap tall, thin trees. We paired this with a brighter, citrusy Pacamara from San Jeronimo Miramar in Guatemala to add a touch of sparkle to the blend.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
