Chronikkah- The festival of lighting up. Time to spark up our annual holiday blend with a juicy, barrel-aged component in the mix!
 The base of the blend is a special lot of Catuai from Finca San Jeronimo, from a section of the farm where the trees had been hit hard with rust, but amongst the struggling plants, there were a few trees we noticed were doing wonderfully! The team at SJM continued to isolate and cultivate these strong, resistant trees with broad leaves, long beans, and healthy foliage. This is the third generation of this mutation, initially named after the section of the farm and its resistant qualities, however, we now call it "Aromati" meaning "aroma of the Atitlan."
We paired this special lot with an Ethiopian hybrid aged in Bourbon barrels we received from our friends at CH Distillery, who produce Jeppson's Bourbon. This barrel-aged component adds a juicy, fruity profile to the blend! We also produced a coffee cold variant of Chronikkah that we added Grape Ape terpenes to the brew to an herbaceous, yet punchy pop to the cold coffee!

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
