Our Holidank classic is BACK!
Old Dank Nic is our holiday blend that features a Nicaragua coffee each year, bringing a different origin into the fold for this blend! The base is a washed Catuai from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, a coffee that we found to have an approachable acidity that we felt would be a great fit for this festive blend. We paired this with a Guatemalan Catuai from Finca San Jeronimo that was fermented with cacao mucilage in the fermentation tank with the coffee. The team at the mill splits open cacao pods, filling small wooden boxes with the sweet sticky cacao beans and mucilage, allowing this to ferment for a few days. This actively fermenting cacao is then added to the concrete tank with the freshly pulped Catuai beans for them to comingle and ferment together - an exchange of sugars and yeasts!

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
