Distilled with a proprietary blend of seven herbs and spices, its foundation comes from the ‘(un)holy trinity’ of absinthe botanicals — wormwood, fennel, and anise — while secondary ingredients such as angelica root and green cardamom pods provide supporting layers of complexity."
We took an already wild and bright Catimor Natural and soaked the beans in Thornton Distilling's Dead Drop Louchifer Absinthe. The result is a mixture of herbaceous acidity that is guaranteed to intrigue!
