Santanaclaus (December Limited Blend)

"It was Christmas morning, my long hair was matted against my pillow. I woke up, tossed Caravanserai on the record player, and fired up a joint. Turned on my Mr. Coffee, the night before... 'twas a wild ride.. so this coffee was necessary for the journey to the in-lows in Michigan."

This blend is all about comfort, with a majority of the blend being a sweet Salvadoran Bourbon from Santa Petrona, paired with the nutty, caramel-forward profile of a washed coffee from Nayarit, Mexico.

The Bourbon trees that the Pacas family grows on Santa Petrona are some of the oldest trees on their farms at over 80 years old. Their yields have declined over the years with age, however, they continue to have a high-quality cup profile, which is evident in the washed expression of this bean.

This blend is an easy drinking and approachable cup of coffee for all to enjoy, wherever the month takes you!
