For the base of this year's Devil's Lettuce, we are working with a washed Honduran coffee that has a surprising amount of acidity, with peach and citrus notes coming through in the cup! We paired this with consistently bright coffee we've been purchasing from the Pacas family for years - a natural processed Bourbon from Finca Santa Petrona. The cherries are picked at the peak of ripeness, when they are a deep dark red color, and shade dried on raised beds for 3-4 weeks, slowly fermenting producing a juicy, berry forward profile in the finished cup!

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
