For this year's Heroine release, we started with a washed Venecia, a natural mutation of Bourbon, from the Bressani's at Finca San Jeronimo to create a sweet and fudgey base. We paired this with a washed Pacamara from the Pacas family’s oldest farm, Santa Petrona, in El Salvador to layer in more complex, fruit notes. This is a great pairing that showcases our two relationships in Central America! 

For every bag sold, we will be donating $5 per bag to the Women's Business Development Center, whose mission is to support and accelerate business development and growth, targeting women and serving all diverse business owners, in order to strengthen their participation in, and impact on, the economy.

Schedule

  • Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
  • Orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will ship on Friday.
  • Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
