In celebration of Chicago-based blues guitarist Jamiah Rogers' upcoming new album, and legacy Chicago Blues and Jazz record label DelMark records, DMC is excited to present Chicago Cowboy!!!

Jamiah came to the roastery to taste through a spread of Central and South American coffees with us, exploring different fermentation processes and origins together to select the components for this blend. One coffee that stood out instantly was the Catuai fermented with Cashmere Hops, an experiment we conducted with the team at Finca San Jeronimo in Guatemala. The brightness and citrus notes in this cup stood out, using this for the base of the blend. We are pairing it with a washed Colombian bean from Finca Santa Barbara bringing a more dried fruit, sweet component to the blend.
